Cummins Christmas Wonderland has been exciting visitors and locals alike since 2009 with its annually changing magical displays and interactive activities. Created from ceiling to floor by volunteers, the Wonderland fabulously captures the Christmas spirit. Running from December 1-28 each year, it is open to all ages, every day.

Our Story
The Wonderland began with three local women who had the idea and motivation to create a Christmas display for the community. They invited others to share their vision and called a meeting to get the project underway.
The idea was an immediate success and has grown over the years into a much-loved community attraction, featuring larger and more elaborate Christmas displays, structures and lighting.
With support from the Cummins District Community Bank, gold coin donations and local businesses, the Wonderland has become self-funding and continues to grow each year.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is the Wonderland open?
We open our doors every year from December 1st until December 28th, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On Christmas Day our opening hours are 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Are there parking facilities?
Yes, there is free public parking available in front and behind the Cummins Hall. Please note that the lot is on a first-come, first-served basis and is not monitored. December is an exceptionally busy time of the year with abundant harvest related traffic.
Is the Wonderland wheelchair and pram accessible?
Yes, we are committed to accessibility. Our pathways are designed to be fully accessible for guests with mobility challenges, and we provide designated rest areas.
When does Santa visit?
Santa makes a daily appearance once school finishes for the year. In 2026, from 12 – 24 December.
Visits are in the morning from 10:30am-12pm and the afternoon 2:30 – 4pm. His final visit is on Christmas Eve.
Are pets allowed at the event?
Certified guide dogs and assistance animals are welcome. Please note that all pets must be on a leash at all times and are not permitted in the display areas.
Is there an entry fee?
Entry is by gold coin donation. We accept cash, and there’s also EFTPOS available.
Can I book for a large group in advance?
Yes, we welcome large groups. Please contact us in advance on 0429 162 116 so we can help schedule your visit and make sure everything is ready for your group.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, it is an enclosed air-conditioned environment.
Are toilets available on-site?
Yes, public toilets are located onsite, and also at the nearby Railway Triangle Park.
Can you purchase food and drinks on-site?
No, however, the Wonderland is close to plenty of local takeaway options and places to grab a bite to eat or a drink. See some options here.
